فوائد عظيمة لزيت الزيتون والتين المجفف ماهي ؟
التين من الفواكه التي ذكرها الله سبحانه وتعالى في القرآن الكريم، فهي شجرةٌ مباركةٌ، وهي من الفواكه الموسمية التي تُثمر في فصل الصيف. تحتوي ثمرة التين على العديد من العناصر الغذائية التي تَمُدّ الجسم بالكثير بالطاقة، والمعادن، والفيتامينات، والألياف، ومضادات الأكسدة التي تُعرَف بالفينول. إنّ احتواء التين على نسبة عالية من مضادات الأكسدة تجعله من الفواكه المميزة التي من شأنها أن تحمي الجسم و تقيه من الإصابة بالعديد من الأمراض و بشكل أخص؛ مرض السرطان و أمراض القلب، وبما أن التين الطازج يعدّ من الفواكه الموسمية الصيفية، يلجأ العديد لتناول التين المجفف والذي يتوفر على مدار السنة؛ حيث يمكن الاحتفاظ به لمدة 6-8 أشهر. أثبتت دراسة أجريت في سلوفانيا أنّ التين المجفف يحتوي على نسبة مضادات أكسدة وألياف أعلى من التين الطازج؛ مما يسلّط الضوء على أهميته و فوائده لصحة الجسم، وأمّا بالنسبة لزيت الزيتون، فهو من أجود أنواع الزيوت التي تستخرج من شجرة الزيتون المباركة، والتي ورد ذكرها في القرآن الكريم، ويحتوي زيت الزيتون على أحماض دهنية أحادية اللاإشباع، كما يحتوي على العديد من العناصر المفيدة لجسم الإنسان من بينها مضادات الأكسدة وبعض الفيتامينات التي تُعتبَر أيضاً مضادّة للأكسدة؛ حيثُ أجريَت العديد من الأبحاث والدراسات التي ربطت بين تناول زيت الزيتون واحتمالية الإصابة بعدة أمراض من أهمها: أمراض القلب والسرطان.
